Remember this top from the
Japanese Sewing Week post? It's the reversible
Paneled Sunsuit Cropped Tank with the Long Sleeve
free add-on. The only change I made to the pattern was to extend the bottom of the tank by about six inches to make it a tunic instead of a cropped tank. So easy and yet it completely changes the look of the top.
